Sekhmet... [Lowering her voice as though Lucifel isn't RIGHT THERE and couldn't hear.... ] He hasn't been getting into trouble again has he? I mean, there's no more memory problems, right...?

As Kaguya gets closer, she might notice a new scar across Sekhmet's throat! She may also notice that she looks absolutely miserable, grief and guilt written plainly across her face.]

[ That... causes her to become even more somber. She glances to Lucifel briefly, and then back to Sekhmet. Her brows knit. Not judging... simply the fact that she needs to know the context of what is going on here. ]

Absinthe, Maki, and Corona. I killed them brutally in a game. I treated Maki like a tool, beating her and using her to kill Corona, before ordering her to take her own life. I was under the effect of several conditions, but the lust for violence and the cruelty was already a part of me. I had known there was something dark inside of me since I had gotten here. It was only amplified.

[She swallows hard, and pulls her hands away. She is unable to look Kaguya in the face.]

Yes, I need a contract to ensure that I never commit such sins ever again.

I wouldn't try and extort money from you over one of the few things I might be able to do for you in return for your own services. After all... both of you are SensitIV. All of us depend upon you after dangerous games. I would not feel right taking something like that from you under normal circumstances.

I, um, don't think that this contract will result in harm to anybody. Nevertheless, if I were to be punished- [She cuts herself off, her voice thick with self loathing. No, it will not do to engage in this sort of self flagellation now. She must take action.]

Nevermind. I will list the terms. "Should Sekhmet of sensitIV attempt to act on the impulse of causing fatal harm to another person unbidden, whether by ability or physical force, whether directly or indirectly, she will be rendered immobile until she is no longer a threat. Her eyes and ears will shut and she will no longer be able to move or speak until the impulse has passed."

[Notably, there is no provision for self defense!]

[ he knows she's seen, so he doesn't need to acknowledge it - he looks to sekhmet instead, eyebrows knit together ]

[ She lifts her hands, shaking them in protest. ]

Lucky for you both, I've been trying to practice my calligraphy, so I carry around the proper materials in my bag with me.

I will thank you nevertheless. It is a tremendous weight off of my own shoulders as well, in addition to protecting everybody here. I have feared myself since I have gotten here, and now, I can finally be free of that fear.

[she smiles a little, a small smile, but with warmth and affection in her eyes, despite how low she feels right now.]
